Wellness Solutions Manager

Location: Dane County
Position:  Full-time (37.5hrs/week)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-4:30PM, NO WEEKENDS!
Compensation: $65,000-70,000 salaried ($33-35.89/hr)

Position Summary:
The Wellness Solutions Manager is responsible for the oversight, leadership, and program development of the Wellness Solutions team to ensure delivery of quality supports. This team provides an array of person-centered services to individuals with mental health and substance use conditions and other disabilities.

Primary Duties:
  • Oversees day-to-day delivery of behavioral health services to meet funding contact expectations.
  • Ensure Compliance with Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) delivered by CLA wellness team
  • Serve as primary contact for county CCS programs related to capacity and needs of staff and clients.
  • Network with local behavioral health and other providers to ensure quality collaboration.
  • Oversee ongoing quality of service to clients, assess staff service capacity, and manage care plan and discharge process.
  • Identify, design, and implement quality improvement initiatives to include development of new services or initiatives.
  • Collaborate with client support teams to address unmet long term care needs, when appropriate.
  • Provide back up to team-assigned clients and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Oversee and develop employees by providing ongoing mentoring.
  • Communicate with leadership to achieve quality services and meet organizational goals
Minimum Education/Experience and Requirements:
Required
  • Must be at least 18 years or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Master's Degree in Mental Health, Human Services, or related field
  • Two (2) years direct supervisory experience, required.
  • Current license in the state of WI as a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance to serve clients throughout Dane County
Preferred
  • Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) 
  • Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) credential in Dane County WI
  • Five (5) years related experience providing community-based mental health services and knowledge of individuals with physical and developmental disabilities and other chronic conditions.
  • Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC), preferred.
