The Warehouse Managers primary function is to lead the execution and transformation of warehouse operations with a focus on fulfillment accuracy, efficiency, and system alignment.

Job Duties:

1. Provides immediate leadership to the warehouse team.
2. Receives incoming product against appropriate purchase orders, completing paperwork as required.
3. Delivers packages to appropriate personnel with sensitivity to urgency stated on package.
4. Organizes incoming inventory deliveries for proper storage and placement.
5. Responsible for placing incoming items into inventory with accuracy
6. Consolidates primary and overstock locations to effectively utilize the cubic space of the distribution center.
7. Routes shipments from Customer Service to appropriate personnel on Distribution Center floor and ensures timely shipments of orders.
8. Evaluates and determines status of product returns from customers.
9. Operates any material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
10. Helps maintain area cleanliness and organization.
11. Assists in maintaining the security and safety of the distribution center.
12. Conducts physical inventories and cycle counts as required.
13. Perform other tasks as needed.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good basic math skills
• Better than average analytical skills
• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly
• Must be able to visually distinguish detail, color, and other characteristics of material and objects
• Finger/wrist dexterity to work effectively on computer keyboard or grabbing/packaging product
• Must be able to get along well with a variety of different people and work as part of a team
• Ability to work a variety of jobs

Experience

• A minimum of 5+ years of management experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations. Preferably in a mid to large scale facility (50,000+ sq ft).

Physical Requirements – Essential

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift).
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified or trained).
