Strategic Alignment & Workforce Planning
· Collaborate with leaders to assess talent needs, build workforce plans, and support organizational design
· Partner on succession planning, internal mobility, and talent pipeline development to enable long-term business growth.
· Contribute to hiring strategies and workforce forecasting in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
Engagement, Culture & Overall Organizational Health
· Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, team effectiveness, and overall employee experience.
· Address employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and support resolution efforts to foster a respectful, positive, and productive work environment.

· Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and develop action plans with leaders and departments.

· Drive and support the successful execution of the Performance Management Cycle (PMC), ensuring alignment with team and enterprise goals.
· Coach and guide managers and leaders on effective feedback, goal setting, and performance conversations to drive engagement and outcomes.
· Support leadership development and talent calibration efforts across assigned functions
· Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and team effectiveness.
Learning, Benefits & Compensation Support
· Partner with the PX Centers of Excellence’s to support delivery of learning, compensation, and benefits programs.
· Educate managers and employees on key processes and provide feedback to improve program effectiveness.
· Support compensation cycles by providing insight on structure, leveling, and internal equity.
PX Operations & Compliance
· Maintain awareness of employment laws, practices, and industry trends to ensure compliance and proactive risk management.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members.
· Leverage HR systems and data to support decisions, track progress, and contribute to reporting and analysis.
· Participate in PX project work and contribute to the continuous improvement of PX processes, tools, and documentation.
· Resolve employee relations matters in a fair, compliant, and values-aligned manner.
Computer Skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
· Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR, or equivalent)
