As a Pre-Owned Vehicle Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, quality, and reliability of the vehicles we sell. Your ability to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with precision and efficiency will directly impact our customers' satisfaction and trust in our dealership.

Responsibilities:

· Perform efficient and accurate repairs on pre-owned vehicles according to dealership and factory standards.

· Conduct alignments, fluid exchanges, brakes, and suspension services while addressing customer needs.

· Diagnose vehicle systems and perform thorough automotive troubleshooting and testing.

· Road-test vehicles to ensure high-quality repair work is completed.

· Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

· Communicate directly with service advisors regarding repair progress and estimated completion times.

· Stay updated on rapidly evolving automotive technologies through ongoing training.

· Demonstrate professionalism and align with the company’s core values in interactions with customers, team members, and vendors.

· Keep a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

· 2-3 years of automotive technician experience preferred.

· ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications are a plus but not required.

· Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to comprehend and follow job-related instructions, whether electronic or paper-based.

· Valid in-state driver’s license and a clean driving record, meeting company standards.

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
