Here Is What We Are Looking For:
An Organic Social Media Strategist who can lead the development and execution of engaging, platform-specific content that aligns with our clients’ brand identity and marketing goals. This role involves creating compelling posts, staying on top of trends, engaging with our clients’ online community, and using analytics to drive performance and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, and passionate about building strong, authentic connections through social media.

Here Is What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies aligned with clients’ marketing goals, brand identity, and target audience.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Craft compelling and original social media posts, stories, and visual assets that resonate with the target audience and encourage interaction.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content that align with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to ensure our strategies stay relevant and innovative.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner, fostering a strong community.
  • Utilize analytics and social media tools to track and analyze performance metrics, including reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, user-generated content, and collaborations to enhance the brand’s online presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing efforts, such as campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Stay informed about emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously optimize strategies.
  • Monthly post evaluation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fields such as Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Information Systems, or related areas.

  • Related Skills and Experiences
    • Proven experience as a social media strategist or social media manager, preferably within a similar industry.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in creating engaging and visually appealing social media content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
    • Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique content ideas and campaigns.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with followers and users in a genuine and positive manner.
    • Experience with social media scheduling and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
    • Basic understanding of paid social media advertising and its integration with organic strategies is beneficial.
    • Portfolio of previous social media work showcasing creativity, engagement, and strategic thinking.
