The right candidate will have a background in administrative work in a medical environment, and will be responsible for both responding to customer inquiries and translating those inquiries into company actions. Responsibilities:

• Type and send faxes, create spreadsheets, organize, word processing.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the office.
• Act as a liaison between staff members and departments.
• Answer phones and direct calls for the department and office.
• Greet visitors and provide them with specific information about their visit.
• Provide support to staff members.
• Medical Billing assistance and overview.
• Event planning.
• Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay : $15.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Expected hours : 40 per week.

• Customer service: 1 year (Required).
