Job Title: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Salary: $135,000 - $185,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
About the Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our esteemed nursing home facility in the vibrant city of New Orleans, Louisiana. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Foster a culture of high-quality care, compassion, and excellence.
Manage budget preparation, financial oversight, and resource allocation.
Recruit, train, mentor, and lead an interdisciplinary team.
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
Implement strategic initiatives to continuously improve care quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification in the state of Louisiana.
Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
Proven track record of successful operational management, including financial stewardship and compliance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
