As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) at Mountain Vista Senior Living Community, you will be responsible for overseeing the community's operations in compliance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, you will align your efforts with the mission and core values of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest. This includes developing and implementing strategies, tactics, policies, and procedures that focus on the American Baptist Homes of the Midwest's performance dimensions of employee engagement, quality, mission effectiveness, and stewardship
